ADVANCED PROFILING

Ever wanted to take your profiling skills to the next level? Get ready to sharpen your profiling skills through this advanced profiling program where you'll learn advanced profiling techniques, powerful tiebreakers, navigating complex "lookalike" sessions, and landing masterful type explanations.
What you'll be learning:
- Deep Dive into 16 calibrated profiling sessions conducted by Melissa Harris on each of the personality types
- Tools, Tips, and Tiebreakers on how to recognize each of the 16 types in a Profiling Context
- Advanced Techniques for distinguishing look-alike types and how to navigate complex profiling sessions
- Learn how to land a powerful personality type explanation portion that makes your profilee feel heard and uniquely seen
- Acquire Advanced Profiling skills to bring your profiling sessions to a professional level
- Targeted Weekly Exercises to help accelerate your profiling learning curve and get a more nuanced understanding of each of the 8 cognitive functions

Class Format
- 16 weekly classes for each of the 16 Personality Types (digital)
- Weekly Assignments
- Monthly Virtual Live Calibration Calls (Zoom)
- Comes with a Live Event in-person Ticket with some days of targeted Advanced Profiling Content (in-person)
Time Commitment
Please give yourself 2-3 hours per week to consume the weekly class content, and 1 hour to complete any recommended exercises. In addition, you’ll be having a monthly Live call (around 2 hours)

Embark on a deep-dive journey to learn more about the 8-function model, archetypal energies, and levels of health for each function across the 16 types. This course is designed to teach you "diagnostic" skills - helping to unpack a challenge through the lens of personality type.
What you'll be learning:
- Deep Dive Content on how the specific Auxiliary-Tertiary Loops show up for each of the 16 Personality types
- Deep Dive Content on how the specific Inferior Function Grips show up for each of the 16 Personality types
- Deep Dive Content on healthy vs unhealthy expressions of the functions for each of the 16 Personality Types
- A deeper understanding of your own Individual Type Dynamics - how are your own functions working together?

Profiler Coaching Fundamentals
Taught by: Gary Williams - In-House Coach
Program length: 6 months

This program is designed for Advanced Students to apply the unique lens of personality type in creating transformational coaching conversations. The program is designed for brand-new coaches to teach you all the fundamentals and foundational skills you'll need to create impactful coaching sessions.
What you'll be learning:
- Discover the three most powerful questions used as a foundation for every coaching conversation to give you a simple blueprint for creating a transformational conversation
- Explore the different roles of a coach and how to discern when to use which coaching voice in a session to bring your coaching client what they need
- Understand a 5-part structure for every coaching session to bring leadership to your conversation
- Identify how to deeply listen to what your client is saying versus what they really mean in order to filter to the statements that mean the most
- Uncover how to correlate statements said in a coaching conversation through the lens of their unique personality type
- Accelerate your ability to ask powerful questions in real time to gain the experience necessary to get to the root cause no matter what your client brings to a conversation
- Conceptualize how to get your client to take psychological ownership over their decisions and actions discussed during a coaching session.
- Develop an understanding of how to bridge one coaching conversation to the next in order to create accountability for your client and your ability to create longer-term coaching package
